☆This is a small family owned cabin. Please treat it the same as your own home. We appreciate it! 
 ☆ You must be 25+ to book ☆ The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation ☆ 6 humans max. 3 cars max. No RVs. ☆ No pets. This cabin is not set up for pets. Don't bring them. In an effort to be considerate of guests with allergies, pets are NOT allowed, and the policy is strictly enforced. If you sneak a pet in of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500, and you will be asked to leave without refund. ☆ We are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Check in is at 4 pm and check out by 10 am. ☆ Please make sure to read over our house rules before booking. ☆ We provide a small complimentary starter pack for guests with k-cups, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. You may need to buy more depending on the duration of your stay. 
☆ Our hot tub is drained and cleaned between all guest visits. It is for adult use only. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use hot tub at your own risk, adult use only. ☆ Please note that critters are common in the Great Smoky Mountains. We have our cabin on a monthly pest control program that is performed by a certified and professional pest control company. Please keep in mind that we are located in the mountains and it would be impossible to prevent all critters. ☆ Wildlife, including bears, inhabit the area, including but not limited to bears/snakes/mice/spiders and ants. You may see or come across them during your trip. The same is true of any other cabin or condo in the Smoky Mountains. If this concerns you, you may want to reconsider visiting. Please maintain a safe distance from wildlife, do not feed them, and do not leave food in vehicles.
 ☆ We stick to our cancellation policy. We do highly advise that you purchase traveler's or trip insurance to protect your purchase in the event of poor weather, illness, or other factors outside of our control that would cause you to have to cancel after booking. Many credit cards offer this protection for you as well.
 ☆We're unable to monitor the usage of the propane tank for the BBQ Grill, but if it runs out, you can replace it at Lowe's and we'll reimburse you. ☆ Bring your streaming passwords - Local & Cable TV is not available. ☆ We have a pack & play but you must provide your own sheets, as parents have varying requirements. ☆ Access to the community pool is provided and managed by a third party and open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We are not responsible for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or pool closures under any circumstances.
